Additional Terms and Conditions For Ordering IT Sourcing Solutions Limited Products through Authorized Sales and Service Centres.

IT Sourcing Solutions Limited does not sell IT Sourcing Solutions Limited products to you. Your registration with our authorized sales and service department enables the placement of orders by direct mailing with your selected authorized IT Sourcing Solutions Limited sales and service representative. You agree to abide by all additional terms and conditions displayed for processing the order with the authorized sales and service centre as it may be updated from time to time. Only the authorized IT Sourcing Solutions Limited sales and service centre which you choose when placing an order for IT Sourcing Solutions Limited products or services can sell products to you. All descriptions, quotations, proposals, offers, acknowledgments, acceptances and sales of IT Sourcing Solutions Limited products and services are subject to, controlled by and shall be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of sale provided to you by the authorized sales and service centre you choose when placing an order for IT Sourcing Solutions Limited products at the time of acceptance of your order.

The authorized sales and service centre governs the pricing of all IT Sourcing Solutions Limited products it offers to you. If a tax and/or Shipping and Handling charge is applicable, the authorized sales and service centre will charge you.

If you use a credit card to place an order, you warrant and represent that you are either the owner of the credit card used to place the order or have full and legal authorization from the owner to use the credit card.

You will be notified via e-mail by the authorized sales and service centre you choose when your order has been accepted, using the e-mail address you provide on the electronic order form.

Choice of Law & Venue

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between IT Sourcing Solutions Limited and you with your use of sapitconsulting.com. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or any part thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

You acknowledge and agree that the laws of the United Kingdom and European Union shall govern this Agreement. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of sapitconsulting.com shall be filed only in the court of common laws in Scotland, England & Wales for the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

Changes

IT Sourcing Solutions Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement are effective when notice of such change is posted. You agree and acknowledge that your continued use of sapitconsulting.com following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

IT Sourcing Solutions Limited may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of sapitconsulting.com and the availability of any features of sapitconsulting.com, at anytime. IT Sourcing Solutions Limited may also impose restrictions on use of certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of sapitconsulting.com without incurring any liability to you. IT Sourcing Solutions Limited may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above, and upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials and copies of sapitconsulting.com..
